Terre de Blues - Marie Galante (juin)

Arrival at Marie-Galante, Grand-Bourg, both hungry..

Took some take away food & just found a nice view to enjoy our meal

Next step, discovering our guesthouse.. Near St. Louis..
Far away.. bit expensive for what it was..
Luckily the garden was beautiful.. hehe

Back in town in the afternoon, after a little rest at the guesthouse,

Music starts to sound everywhere..

After a while we went walking towards the festival area and
encountered little band playing on the beach (behind the glass).
As we still had time before the festival concerts started we took a little "apéro" :)

After that we were totally ready for the festival.. Enjoyed some good music, danced a bit..
and when finished we came strolling back again to Grand-Bourg
We ended up at the same little bar where live music on the beach was still playing so decided to have our meal there

The music played all night, we even went dancing in the "colored door pub" where DJ's were playing all night.. When we finally decided to go home.. I think the birds where signing ;) So next day had to be easy going.. After breakfast, we found ourselves a spot on the beach with some shade.. and had a little siesta

We were not the only ones in need of sleep ;)

Walking back to the boat, there was again music on the beach
where we spend already some time last night..
so we just sat there and enjoyed the end of this music-full weekend
